Nature of works included HVAC, Panoramic Lifts, Specialized Lighting & Complete Underground and External Electrification and intricate plumbing systems, Storm Water Drainage System, Water Supply & Sewerage Works. Other works included: Excavation, Back-filling, Brick works, Interior & Exterior Decor.
